Advance your clinical skills on a dynamic and well-supported 46-bed Med Surg unit. Shift: Full-time, choice between days or nights (rotating weekends)

Unit: Medical + Post-Surgical Overflow

Patient Mix: General medical, some telemetry, some oncology (if medical admission)

Ratio: 1:6

On Call: None

Why Work Here?

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 (nights) or $10,000 (days), paid in installments

Certification Pay: Additional $2.00/hr for eligible national certifications

Night Differential: $4.75/hr

Weekend Differential: $3.00/hr

Your Role

Deliver patient-centered, high-quality care aligned with nursing best practices and organizational values

Assess patient condition during each shift, identifying and responding to status changes

Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic responses or adverse effects

Document care thoroughly and accurately in medical records

Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team

Respond quickly to patient requests and anticipate needs proactively

Educate patients and families using clear, compassionate communication
