- Coordinates the provision of hospice services for each patient and family
- Direct and follow established policies and procedures as related to the scope of practice
- Maintain continuity of patient care in a hospice setting
- Proactive, collaborative team member in the hospice environment

• Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in state of practice
