Summary

We are hiring an Executive Director - RN with Home Health experience in Dallas.

Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year

Responsibilities

The Home Health Executive Director (Registered Nurse, RN) acts as the Administrator of the home health provider, overseeing daily operations.

• Coordinate and complete projects to support the company's immediate and long-term goals
• Manage patient referrals, plan services, and supervise overall home health care
• Implement and maintain administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies to ensure compliance with regulations
• Enhance agency profitability, motivate and retain qualified staff, and ensure quality service delivery

Education and Experience

License Requirements:

• Registered nurse with at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home healthcare or related fields
• Current CPR certification
• Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation

Additional State-Specific Requirements (TX):

• No felony or misdemeanor convictions as per Tag 97.601(b)
• May serve as supervising nurse if qualifications are met
• Evidence of 8 hours of training in agency administration within the past year
