Sales Partner Duties:

Foster a culture of service and sales excellence, building long-lasting relationships with customers.
Become an expert in our product offerings, sharing your knowledge of features and benefits with customers.
Achieve measurable goals, including units per transaction, average dollar sales, and customer engagement metrics.
Stay informed about current promotions and advertisements within the store.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist in floor displays, merchandising, and store upkeep.
Support merchandise processing and monitor floor stock levels.
Effectively complete all sales transactions while keeping accurate records at the point of sale.
Seek opportunities for skill development and take initiative to enhance performance metrics by partnering with store leadership.
Comply with all relevant laws, company policies, and procedures.
Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
Exhibit high standards of work quality, attendance, and professional appearance.
