Job Summary: This position is responsible for analyzing, developing, and preparing operational and technical plans to support business objectives within retail operations. The role provides guidance to business teams on initiative prioritization, integration, and resource allocation. The ideal candidate will maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders, track and report on operational metrics, and perform detailed operations analyses to recommend process improvements. A key focus is driving effective and efficient business operations through deep analysis of operational effectiveness and capacity utilization. Responsibilities:

nalyze and prepare strategic and operational plans to support business objectives.
dvise and direct business teams on initiative prioritization and resource allocation.
Maintain regular communication and engagement with stakeholders.
Track, update, and manage metrics, including the business scorecard.
Conduct operational analyses focused on effectiveness and capacity utilization, recommending process improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of directly relevant work experience. Alternatives: PhD or Law + 3 years; Master's + 4 years; Associate's + 6 years; High School + 7 years.
Strong background in retail and a solid understanding of retail mathematics.
Previous experience in merchandise planning within a retail environment is required.
Experience with retail planning KPIs and ability to derive insights and narratives from data.
dvanced skills in Excel and experience with Tableau are essential.
Familiarity with enterprise planning tools such as O9 is a plus (but not required).

Ideally, 5 years of experience in a similar retail planning role.

Note : Prior experience with major retail clients is highly valued, but candidates with strong merchandise planning backgrounds from other retail environments are encouraged to apply.
