Resident Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Resident Engineer to oversee transportation infrastructure projects across Utah. This role will serve as the primary liaison between contractors, consultants, and the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT), ensuring that construction activities meet design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Utah (or be able to obtain within 6 months)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation engineering and project management.
• Strong technical knowledge of roadway construction, materials testing, and UDOT standards.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
• UDOT CEMT Certification
Experience mentoring junior engineers and managing multidisciplinary teams.
