Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Resident Assistants Medication Aides. In this vital role, you will provide essential care and services, including:

• Administering medications and assisting with self-administration
• Supporting residents in daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitoring and reporting changes in resident health status through accurate vital sign checks
• Ensuring cleanliness and comfort of residents' living spaces
• Preparing and serving appealing meals and snacks based on dietary requirements

You will be expected to adhere to OSHA and CDC guidelines to promote safety and infection control, demonstrating effective chemical use and following safety data sheets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Completion of a medication administration training program as per state regulations
• Must meet minimum age requirements if utilizing a lift for resident movement
