As part of our talented group of engineers, analysts, and scientists, you will work on high-fidelity modeling and simulation environments that support the testing and evaluation of radar system performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct modeling and simulation testing and perform data analysis of radar systems.
• Anchor tactical test data to M&S performance through analytical methods.
• Perform general radar analysis and carry out parametric studies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Math, Physics, or another technical field from an ABET-accredited institution with 2-4 years of M&S experience, or a Master’s degree in a relevant field with less than 2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (preferred), MATLAB, etc.
• Must be a U.S. citizen capable of obtaining and maintaining a DoD secret clearance.
• Willingness to relocate to Huntsville, AL if not already a resident.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in radar or air defense systems modeling and simulation.
• Advanced degree (Master of Science) in related fields from an ABET-accredited institution.
• Familiarity with working in a Linux operating environment.
• Willingness to travel for system test events, though travel is not mandatory.

Pay Range: $67,600.00 - $122,200.00
