*Job Description* We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable *Operations Support Specialist* to join our team. You'll be responsible for processing reports, performing high-volume data entry, and managing operational tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Perform accurate and timely data entry across various systems
* Process and generate reports as assigned
* Take ownership of operational functions and ensure completion of related tasks
* Monitor exception reports and apply necessary corrections or adjustments
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
* Minimum *2 years of office experience*, preferably in a data entry or operations role
* Proficiency in *Microsoft Office Suite* (Excel, Outlook, Word)
* Strong *typing and computer skills*
* *Excellent attention to detail* and organizational abilities
* Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
* Strong communication skills - comfortable asking questions and seeking clarity
*Preferred Experience*

*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
