Senior Strategic Test Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a fully remote Senior Strategic Test Engineer to support a large healthcare client to service and act as a strategic liaison between market technicians and development teams. This role is pivotal in bridging communication gaps, enhancing team performance, and driving organizational success through thoughtful leadership and technical insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between market techs and development teams.
• Engage with teams to understand their needs and identify opportunities for improved support and collaboration.
• Lead initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and team success.
• Evaluate team requirements from a performance testing and engineering perspective.
• Identify gaps in processes or understanding and challenge teams to consider critical performance factors.
• Provide gradual, strategic support to help teams evolve and succeed.
• Occasionally contribute to testing efforts, though the focus remains on strategic leadership.
