Civil Litigation Attorney

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney licensed in Missouri to join their expanding legal team. This remote position focuses on first-party property insurance claims, offering an opportunity to work with a reputable and growth-oriented law firm. The ideal candidate will have 35 years of experience in first-party insurance litigation and a strong ability to manage complex legal matters independently. Initial base salary: $12,500/month for the first 36 months. Commission structure (after $600,000 in attorney's fees): 25% on firm-generated cases, 40% on self-generated cases (attorney on record), 15% on self-generated cases (not attorney on record). Base salary typically reduced or removed once commission begins.
