Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial interviews and behavioral health assessments for potential admissions, including telehealth assessments.
• Respond to inquiries about our mental health services via phone.
• Facilitate patient admissions and coordinate care appropriately based on physician orders.
• Document admissions-related information and ensure paperwork compliance with our policies.
• Verify insurance and conduct prior authorizations as needed.
• Maintain a constant state of alertness while performing your duties.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health or a related field.
• No prior experience required, making this a perfect opportunity for recent graduates.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing 0-25 lbs frequently.
• Basic mobility and the ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods.

Licensing Requirements:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), or other relevant credentials depending on your state of licensure.
