This role blends customer service, collections, and claims work, and is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment. Candidates must be self-starters with strong problem-solving and research skills, and able to retain and apply complex information.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with consumers to resolve claims
• Navigate varying state regulations using provided resources
• Maintain composure and professionalism in challenging conversations
• Apply learned information accurately and consistently
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure claims are processed efficiently

Qualifications

• At least a year in customer service, collections, or claims preferred
• College highly preferred; associate or bachelor's degree a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to research and problem-solve independently
• High attention to detail and adaptability
• Comfortable working in a structured, business casual office environment
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) would be a bonus
• Candidates with stable work history (no job hopping)

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
