LHH is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives for hourly roles in Richmond, VA. This long-term hybrid opportunity is ideal for a recruiting professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys managing large training class pipelines.
Responsibilities include:

Screen and interview candidates for high-volume hourly positions
Coordinate and manage large training class intakes and onboarding schedules
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
Maintain accurate candidate records and track progress in applicant tracking systems
Provide timely updates and reporting on recruiting metrics and progress
Support employer branding and candidate engagement strategies

Pay Details: $38.00 to $45.00 per hour
