Our client, a dynamic organization in the staffing industry, is seeking a Recruiter Assistant to join their team. As a Recruiter Assistant, you will be part of the recruitment department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Recruiting Assistant

Location: Plantation, FL

Pay Range: $20 per hour

Shift: Mon-Fri 8-5pm

What's the Job?

• Identifies the company's staffing needs and develops strategies to fulfill them.
• Screens candidates and supports the recruitment and training processes.
• Ensures the compliance of all staffing procedures with company policies and legal standards.
• Assists with employee work schedules.
• Prepares timely staffing reports and updates for management.

What's Needed?

• 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledgeable about relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Efficient in handling and managing people and resources.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
