Receptionist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a small office team. This role is primarily focused on data entry, front desk responsibilities, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with quiet periods and able to stay productive during downtime.

Responsibilities:

• Post invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Answer phones and greet visitors in a professional manner.
• Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
• Provide general administrative support to the office team.
• Assist with accounting tasks, including basic payables.
• Manage reception/front desk operations effectively.
• Support office functions as needed, maintaining a proactive approach.

Work Environment:

This is an onsite role in a small office of approximately 15 people. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with no weekends or overtime required. The office supports field employees and project teams with a quiet environment and occasional foot traffic. Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, Florida.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
