Quality Control Analyst (Radnor)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated QC Technical Specialist with expertise in vaccine manufacturing and quality control processes. This role provides technical support for QC operations, business systems, and equipment, ensuring compliance with quality objectives and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead deviation (DR) investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs) to prevent recurrence.
• Initiate and perform EDMS workflows, including change control, self-inspections, and CAPA actions.
• Support business process systems related to QC, including SAP, LIMS, EDMS, LMS, and Work Order Tracking.
• Track work orders, metrics (KPIs), and project statuses, and deliver presentations to team and cross-functional groups.
• Perform GMP documentation activities and adhere to defined schedules.
• Work within standard operating procedures and scientific methods, ensuring compliance with quality guidelines.
• Demonstrate exceptional teamwork and a willingness to support colleagues beyond assigned responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in vaccine manufacturing.
• Bachelors or Associate degree in a scientific discipline.
• Ability to interpret and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with technical writing, particularly investigations, preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of GMPs and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with data integrity principles.
