Concord, CA (onsite)
$: 22-30/hr
Are you a meticulous and highly organized professional looking to join a great team? Do you have strong attention to detail and an ability to work onsite daily? We are looking for a quality assurance administrator for a long-term temp-to-hire role in Concord, CA. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in document management or contracts administration, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for maintaining high standards across operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain quality assurance documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
- Conduct regular audits of documentation and processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and process enhancements.
- Track and report on quality metrics and performance indicators.
- Support the development and revision of SOPs, manuals, and training materials.
- Ensure timely and organized filing, retrieval, and archiving of QA records.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality assurance or document control, preferably in manufacturing industry
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Able to work onsite daily.
