Quality Analyst

We are seeking a meticulous and technically skilled Quality Analyst to join our team. The role involves assisting with internal audit preparations, especially for NADCAP audits, and managing nonconformance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance within a manufacturing setting and be adept at using Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with internal audit preparation for NADCAP audits.
• Manage and address nonconformance issues.
• Analyze the Quality Management System (QMS) to identify and address gaps.

Essential Skills

• Experience with Excel and technical proficiency.
• Background in quality assurance within a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with NADCAP and ISO 9001 standards.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO audits.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Engineering Degree preferred.
• Background in aerospace or defense manufacturing.
• Desirable experience in welding.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of El Cajon, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
