Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive AEM Tester to define and implement robust QA strategies for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)-based web applications. The ideal candidate will lead testing efforts across manual and automation domains, ensuring high-quality digital experiences through rigorous validation of AEM components, integrations, and performance.

Key Responsabalties

• QA Strategy & Planning

• Define and implement comprehensive QA strategies tailored for AEM-based applications.

• Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.

• Automation & CI/CD

• Build and maintain automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.

• Tool Utilization

• Use JIRA, TestRail, and Postman for test management, defect tracking, and API testing.

• AEM-Specific Testing

• Validate AEM components, templates, workflows, and authoring interfaces.

• Test integrations with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and other Adobe Experience Cloud services.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in QA/testing for AEM-based web applications.

• Strong knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.).

• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines.

• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud services.

• Proficiency in API testing and test management tools.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Salary Transparency Language

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $88837 - $ / yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
