We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that meet customer needs. This role involves the entire software development lifecyclefrom architecture design and coding to testing and deployment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both front-end and back-end development and passionate about delivering user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with customers to understand use cases, pain points, and requirements, advocating for user-focused solutions.
2. Design and develop complex software solutions using modern tools, languages, frameworks, and agile methodologies.
3. Evaluate software requirements and determine appropriate technology stacks, integration methods, and deployment strategies.
4. Create high-level architecture designs outlining structure, components, and interfaces.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, designers, and architects.
6. Define and implement software testing strategies aligned with organizational standards and industry best practices.
7. Continuously improve application performance and development efficiency by adopting new technologies.
8. Apply best practices such as test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration (CI), and continuous delivery (CD).
9. Implement security measures to protect user data, including encryption and anonymization.
10. Build intuitive and interactive user interfaces.
11. Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices using server-side technologies.
12. Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to industry collaborations and innovation.

• Associate Degree (minimum)

• Must be able to independently code in Python
