Psychiatrist

Overview:

Centurion is proud to be the provider of mental health services to the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections.

We are currently seeking a full time Psychiatrist to join our team at the State Correctional Institution - Benner Township located in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania.

The Psychiatrist provides psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis and treatment for patients, works under the supervision of the Psychiatric Medical Director, and provides clinical leadership for a multidisciplinary team in providing mental health services to patients with psychiatric disorders or other mental health issues.

• MD or DO. Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license and DEA.
• BE/BC by the ABPN.
• All qualified applicants are required to successfully complete a security clearance process as required by the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections.

Day shift, 32 hours/week. There is potential for this role to be hybrid structure of both on-site and telehealth coverage.
