Provider Enrollment Dispatcher

The Provider Enrollment Dispatcher manages the incoming client work for the team. They are responsible for sending applications to the appropriate internal team for review and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, assign and balance daily incoming enrollment applications and file maintenance transaction assignments.
• Readjust daily inventory assignments based on available staffing resources.
• Interact professionally with providers and ancillary staff to provide appropriate and timely response to inquiries and concerns regarding provider enrollment and file maintenance tickets.
• Makes recommendations to management to improve efficiency of current manual processes through systemic modifications.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of information and job files as dictated by current HIPAA requirements.
• Respond to escalations and/or file maintenance requests as assigned within the specified due dates.
• Flexibility to work overtime as dictated by daily production inventory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of Provider Enrollment experience and Reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a Quality Assurance role
• Microsoft Office experience, specifically in Excel familiarity with Macros and Pivot Tables is a plus

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
