Available Positions: PRN, Full-time (Monday-Friday with weekend coverage) and Full-time (Friday-Tuesday)

Salary Range: $80k-$90k - based on experience

In this role, you will:

• Develop your business census aligned with strategic goals.
• Build and nurture strong relationships in your assigned territory, focusing on face-to-face interactions.
• Facilitate a smooth referral-to-admission process.
• Educate community members, referral sources, and physicians about our hospital programs and services.
• Conduct market analysis to uncover new opportunities.
• Address admission barriers and follow up on admissions.
• Lead in-services and professional presentations about our services and their outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Current driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Current state professional clinical licensure and CPR certification required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Two or more years of clinical or healthcare tech experience preferred.
• One or more years in nurse liaison or successful healthcare sales experience preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, legal frameworks, market trends, and competitive analysis.
