Vaco is seekeing a detail-oriented Provider Enrollment Coordinator to join our credentialing team. Contract through the end of July, 2025 (Potential for contract extension).
In this remote role, you'll support provider onboarding and maintenance by managing credentialing mailboxes, processing provider data in Cactus, and ensuring compliance with onboarding timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Process new provider applications and updates using Cactus.
Manage intake requests and route appropriately.
Support credentialing activities: prepare packets, scan/upload files, coordinate letters.
Respond to calls and emails from internal and external customers.
Assist with special projects and ensure SLA compliance.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience with managed care servicing Medicaid/Medicare (preferred).
Prior credentialing or healthcare admin experience required.
Proficient in MS Office; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting ($16/hr). The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
