As a Team Lead in Retail Merchandising, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch in-store merchandising support. This includes creating eye-catching displays and end caps, reconfiguring shelves with product rotation, and monitoring inventory levels to help our retailers and suppliers optimize sales potential. Your qualifications:

• Friendly and enthusiastic with customers and team members
• 18 years or older
• Capable of physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, moving, bending, and standing
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience preferred
• Experience in leading and training team members
• Proficient in using smartphones or tablets for work documentation
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong focus on getting results
• Able to work independently, while also fostering team collaboration
• Committed to maintaining a safety-first attitude in a retail environment
