Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Specialist II on the project, you will:

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Lead project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Support resource planning, allocation, and performance management for project team members.
• Document lessons learned and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience collaborating with Federal Health stakeholders to optimize CRM workflows and enhance service delivery.
• 3+ years of experience in project/product management or a related role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment and working in a client-facing role
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with MS Dynamics products in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
• Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or QA certifications.
