Pay: 125k-150k
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee, estimate, and coordinate ground up projects in the multifamily and hotel sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multifamily and hotel construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

Ideally Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. But not required
5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably in multifamily and hotel projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent estimating skills and experience managing project budgets.
Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with diverse groups.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
