Our firm has partnered with a reputable commercial masonry contractor that's actively seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction leader to join a team known for craftsmanship, accountability, and high standards.

About the Role:

The Project Manager will lead masonry scopes within diverse commercial construction projects handling everything from planning and coordination to delivery and close-out. Our client values professionalism, communication, and a field-first approach to project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of commercial masonry construction projects
• Coordinate closely with field teams, clients, subs, and vendors
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and compliance requirements
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Identify and resolve issues quickly with a proactive mindset

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial masonry project management
• Solid knowledge of construction documentation and field operations
• Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with software like Procore, MS Project, or similar
• Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills
