Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level or early-career Staff Engineer with 1-2 years of experience. This role involves working closely with our sales team, performing design analysis, meeting design requirements, and engaging in structural design. The position offers a dynamic workday where you will wear multiple hats and experience varied daily tasks. You will primarily work in an office setting, seated in a cubicle.

  Collaborate with the sales team to integrate design analysis into projects.

  Conduct and evaluate design requirements for various structural designs.

  Engage in structural engineering tasks and projects as needed.

  Adapt to different roles and responsibilities as required by daily tasks.

Essential Skills

  Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• n

  Proficiency in Civil 3D and structural engineering principles.

  n

• n

  Possession of FE/EIT license.

  n

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  Motivation to pursue a PE license.

  n

• n

  Completion of additional structural engineering courses.

  n

• n

  New graduates and interns graduating at the end of the year are welcome.

  Proficiency with MATLAB.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $36.00/hr.
