What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead and manage delivery for multiple high-priority cross-cutting initiatives
• Develop and maintain well-defined project plans, project charters, and roadmaps
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
• Coordinate the implementation of go-to-market strategies for new capabilities
• Track benefits realization and align project outcomes with Claims Innovation goals

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or a similar field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt to ongoing change
• Proficiency in resolving conflicts and managing multiple priorities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or other certification
• P&C insurance experience
