Overview

As McKesson separates its Medical-Surgical business unit into a new independent entity, we are seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate brand-related initiatives that support this transformation. This role is essential for executing new brand initiatives, managing communications, and aligning creative and operational teams. The candidate should have strong project leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of brand and communications projects tied to the separation initiative.
• Coordinate brand refreshes, campaign rollouts, and creative development across internal and external teams.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure on-time execution.
• Facilitate meetings and working sessions with stakeholders to align on messaging and creative direction.
• Support development of presentations, messaging frameworks, and branded materials.
• Maintain documentation, version control, and reporting for brand-related workstreams.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and governance bodies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in brand, marketing, or transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with creative development processes and brand governance.
• Proficient in Smartsheet and Excel, with a strong ability to craft compelling narratives using PowerPoint.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position $102,100 - $170,100
