Project Engineer - Interior Specialties

This role offers the opportunity to play a critical part in delivering high-quality interior construction projects. The Project Engineer will act as a key liaison between field teams, design professionals, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring seamless coordination and technical problem-solving across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities

• Support project execution by coordinating design, architectural, structural, MEP, and specialty scope elements.
  
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and change documentation to ensure accuracy and functionality of systems and materials.
  
• Lead technical problem-solving in the field, including surveying, layout, and construction coordination.
  
• Facilitate meetings and serve as a trusted technical advisor to ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, with expertise in framing, drywall, ceilings, and finishes.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent field experience).
  
• Proficiency with project management/design software (Procore, Bluebeam, Revit, AutoCAD, Primavera, etc.).
  
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced field environments.

Salary: $87K - $151K (DOE)
Bonus: Two bonuses (Individual + Company) + SAU (Stock Appreciation Units)
Per Diem: $160/day (non-taxable, begins once onsite; no company vehicle or gas card)
