Our client, a global Fortune 500 technology and manufacturing leader, is seeking a Project Administrator to join their team. As a Project Administrator, you will be part of the corporate department supporting cross-functional corporate teams, including HR, IT, Legal, Marketing, and Safety & Productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to manage stakeholders, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Administrator Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days onsite/week) Pay Range: $38$45/hr

What's the Job?

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and ensure timelines and deliverables are met
• Coordinate with cross-functional corporate teams and stakeholders
• Support documentation, note-taking (no recording tools), and reporting

What's Needed?

• 3 years of Project Management experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry
• Experience supporting large companies, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a Green Card holder
