Job Description
Marketing Manager, Programmatic serves as a subject matter expert for programmatic advertising across Allergan Aestheticss portfolio of products (Botox Cosmetic, Juvderm, SkinMedica, Coolsculpting, CoolTone and Natrelle implants). They will be a key contributor as part of the Paid Media team, responsible for their own portfolio of campaigns, and be highly collaborative with cross-functional teams in order to achieve business goals.
They should have hands-on keyboard experience with multiple programmatic platforms and channels. As well as familiarity with every stage of campaign operations, from trafficking and troubleshooting creatives, optimizing campaigns to achieve business goals, and providing post campaign reporting and insights. This person will wear multiple hats but their core responsibilities will be to drive programmatic strategy, execution, and innovation in order to achieve business goals.
They are confident, knowledgeable, and enjoy collaborating with internal teams. Providing creative feedback, creating and implementing pixels/tags, as well as testing new programmatic mediums and partners . They will also manage administrative tasks associated with campaigns such as managing campaign budgets, insertion orders, and creating POs.
Qualifications
- This position is Headquarter based in Irvine, CA
- 6+ years experience building, managing & reporting across various digital media channels (OLV, OTT, Display) and platforms any combination of The Trade Desk, Display & Video 360, and Google Ads.
- Comfortable creating campaign and trafficking creatives: static display, HTML5 display, VAST and VPAID assets within Campaign Manager 360 (DCM).
- Understanding of multiple programmatic channels (Display, CTV, OLV, Native, DOOH) and how they synchronize and drive users down the marketing funnel.
- Continually seeks opportunities to innovate and evolve; proactively finds new ways of working effectively and efficiently.
- Expert communicator, presentation and material preparation skills required.
- Superior analytical, organizational and time management skills.
- Team-oriented; all-for-one and one-for-all mentality.
- Bachelors Degree
- Willingness to travel (20%)
- Agency experience a plus.

Individualcompensation paid within this range will depend on many factors includinggeographic location, and we may ultimatelypay more or less than the posted range.
