Program Manager, Security and Medical Operations

As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$191,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced medical certifications, such as ACLS, PALS, or PHTLS.
• Experience in a security, law enforcement, or military medical role.
• Experience in developing and delivering training and certification programs.
• Ability to work non-standard hours and work rotations/shifts.
• Excellent investigative skills with experience in report writing and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide strategic oversight for the Lean Six Sigma (LSS) medical services program, including direct care, equipment, and supply chain management.
• Develop medical travel plans and provide operational planning support for domestic and international LSS operations.
• Conduct training for security personnel on medically-related subjects and partner with internal teams on risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead program management efforts to track performance metrics, ensure compliance, and manage medic vendor relationships.
• Drive continuous program improvements and innovative strategies to enhance the user experience for executives and cross-functional partners on general LSS programs and projects.
