Program Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to coordinate and complete projects and programs from start to finish. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of project/programs, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure successful outcomes. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or nationals, U.S. permanent residents, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as refugees or granted asylum due to applicable export control laws and regulations. A bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or a related area are required. Extensive experience and judgment are crucial for planning and accomplishing goals.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and complete projects/programs from start to finish.
• Oversee all aspects of projects/programs, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress.
• Prepare reports for upper management on the status of projects/programs.
• Lead and direct the work of team members.
• Ensure compliance with applicable export control laws and regulations.

• Complex project management with 4-6 years of experience.
• Schedule management with 4-6 years of experience.
• Stakeholder management with 1-2 years of experience.
• Cross-functional project management with 1-2 years of experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Software development experience of 2-4 years.
• Electronics testing experience of 4-6 years.
• Failure analysis experience of 2-4 years.
• Hardware qualification experience of 4-6 years.
• Manufacturing processes experience of 2-4 years.
• Reliability engineering experience of 1-2 years.
• Risk mitigation management experience of 4-6 years.
• Smartsheet proficiency with 1-2 years of experience.
• Software validation experience of 2-4 years.
• Validation testing experience of 2-4 years.

Work Environment:

The role typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department and involves leading and directing team members. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The work environment is dynamic and requires adaptability to various project management tools, including Jira and Smartsheet.

Job Type & Location:

This is a contract position based out of Redmond, Washington.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
