We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team at the Military Sealift Command (MSC) Headquarters in Norfolk, VA.

Responsibilities

Oversee execution of cybersecurity operations, Risk Management Framework/Assessment and Authorization (RMF/A&A), and compliance tasks.

Develop and maintain management, task, and quality assurance plans.

Ensure cost, schedule, and performance requirements are met.

Lead lessons-learned and process improvement activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science (Master's preferred)

Ten (10) Fifteen (15) years in program management of DoD/Navy IT or C4S systems

Program Management Professional Certification

Clearance: Secret.

8570 certification: IAM Level III.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Location: Norfolk, VA (MSC HQ); Primarily contractor site; frequent meetings in Norfolk, VA; travel to CONUS/OCONUS ship visits as required.

Work schedule: Hybrid (contractor site + government site meetings)

Amount of Travel: Occasional (<20%)
