Program Manager, Data Center Construction Retrofits

As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

In this role, you will lead the planning and delivery of your team's MARCUS/Retrofit Portfolio, managing numerous annual projects representing hundreds of millions in capital spend. These projects range from simple network installs to complex operational/retrofit projects, all while maintaining no impact to the business. You'll ensure consistent execution of business priorities, proactively solve project risks and process inefficiencies, and provide direction to site teams. You will partner with Metro and Regional Construction Managers, you'll remove roadblocks and ensure teams have the necessary tools and resources. You'll build trust with internal partners, supporting sustainability and tailored execution strategies, always prioritizing Google's users and safety.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
