Now hiring Production Workers / Formers for work in the Mt. Sterling, KY area!

Trillium Staffing has immediate, long-term positions for Formers in Mt. Sterling, KY. This is a long-term, full-time position at a well-established company. Starting wage is $16.75/hr and shifts are 2nd shift 3pm-11pm and 3rd shift 11pm-7am.

Job duties include, but are not limited to: properly loading/unloading mandrels, setting up curing racks, managing lubricant systems, safely lifting 50+ lbs frequently, etc. You will be expected to follow SOPs and communicate with others.

Qualifications:

• Experience with autoclaves or similar equipment where temperature and pressure are used in production is preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass all pre-employment screenings.
