General Production Associate - Entry Level

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a General Production Associate to join their team. As a General Production Associate, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring efficient operations and quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Murray, KY

Pay Range: $15.00 - $15.30 per hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd or 3rd

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to standard work procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Handle the physical loading and unloading of materials, ensuring safety and productivity.
• Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensuring safety features are operational.
• Perform visual inspections of products to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the work area, supporting a safe and organized environment.

• Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures diligently.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
