Production Worker

We are seeking dedicated individuals for our General Production team. While prior spray coating experience is a plus, we welcome applicants with any manufacturing background who are eager to learn. You will be working as an Armor Edge Spray Booth Operator, applying a protective coating to table edges using state-of-the-art equipment. This role involves spraying a two-part product similar to truck bed liner to protect against moisture and damage.

Responsibilities:

• Operate spray booth equipment to apply protective coatings.
• Ensure precision and finesse when spraying table edges.
• Perform tasks in various departments as needed.
• Utilize hand and power tools for assembly and construction tasks.
• Participate in mechanical assembly, packaging, and machine operation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Essential Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Strong attendance record.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Familiarity with spray painting and machine operation.
• Ability to measure accurately with a tape measure.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Belleville, WI.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
