Our client, a leader in manufacturing and precision machining, is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Entry Level Machine Operator in Whitewater, WI to join their dynamic team. As a vital part of the manufacturing operations, you will support the production process, ensuring high-quality output and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Whitewater, WI

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Shift: Monday through Friday, Day Shift

What's the Job?

• Load, inspect, and process parts following detailed work instructions, visual aids, and quality alerts on modern machining centers
• Ensure design features and tolerances meet manufacturing requirements through regular inspections
• Utilize various inspection techniques such as CMM, air probes, electronic, and hand gaging equipment
• Make small offsets and tool adjustments to maintain process stability and quality standards
• Perform basic material preparation and handling, including forklift operation when necessary

What's Needed?

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow within the manufacturing field
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make basic decisions to uphold quality standards
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs safely and efficiently
• Basic math skills, including adding and subtracting with decimals
• Comfortable recording data accurately in computer systems
