Production Technician - Laser & Assembly

Our client, a manufacturing leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Production Technician - Laser & Assembly to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting laser marking and assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Technician - Laser & Assembly

Location: Mebane, NC

Pay Range: $18-20

Shift:1st

What's the Job?

• Set up, operate, and maintain laser marker equipment according to specifications and drawings

• Assemble and pack parts following routings and BOM instructions

• Utilize hand and power tools during assembly processes

• Ensure quality and accuracy in all tasks performed

• Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety and 5S standards

What's Needed?

• Experience with machining and cutting operations preferred.

• Knowledge of 5S and lean manufacturing preferred.

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

• Ability to read blueprints and understand process plans

• Good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity

• Flexibility to work varying hours as needed
