Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-volume production, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor Location: Trenton, MI Pay Range: $25-$30.40/hr.

What's the Job?

• Manage small work teams in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
• Ensure production plans are met efficiently and effectively
• Analyze operational issues and drive continuous improvement activities within the Zone
• Lead safety initiatives to maintain a safe workplace and enforce safety procedures
• Monitor quality KPIs, prioritize quality issues, and guide team leaders accordingly

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as required
• Excellent organization, written, and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of employees
• Ability to build effective relationships with leadership and team members
