Trillium Staffing is seeking a Plant Manager for direct-hire in Gaylord, MI!

The Plant Manager will manage the day to day operations of the facility, ensuring products meets safety, quality time and cost requirements. This direct hire Plant Manager role includes overseeing production supervisors and maintenance personnel to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

Annual salary is $65k-$80K depending on experience.

Previous experience in similar position in manufacturing, and a background from Quality is preferred. Familiarity with monitoring production, hitting KPI's, P&L, resolving operational issues, continuous improvement, ISO 9001.
