Production Supervisor

Trillium Professional is now seeking a Production Supervisor in Chatsworth, CA!

Responsible for the direction and coordination of all production operations, either through subordinates, lead, supervisors or direct supervision. Has responsibility for all production aspects of the manufacturing process. Responsible for assuring team members follow current Work Instructions, Procedures, tooling, and process specifications. Good communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines are required.

Basic Functions:

• Responsible for assisting production activities that require a broad knowledge of various processes, operations, and machines.
• Assure training is conducted with new employees and aides employees with questions regarding work standards.
• Responsible for overseeing and monitoring production to ensure quality and performs verifications and inspections of products and machines.
• Assist in minor troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment when necessary.
• Responsible for and assisting the documentation of all department functions.
• Other Job duties as assigned.

Annual salary is $90k/year.

Prior hands-on work experience in a manufacturing setting.

Able to work under minimal supervision.

Able to lift, push and pull carts and product within legal standards.

Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.

Punctual and reliable person.

Must exhibit good judgment. Personal as well as Professional integrity. Self-motivated (independent)

Must possess good communication and hands-on skills.
