Machine Operator Openings In Cedar Rapids And Marion

Openings on 1st, 2nd, 3rd Shift

8 and 12 Hour Shifts

Entry Level Positions Starting at $18

Experienced Operators Starting Between $20 - $26 -- Based On Experience, Shift Differential

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment
• Perform line changeovers and equipment adjustments
• Sample product for quality control checks
• Maintain equipment according to SOPs and preventative maintenance schedules
• Load and unload material from machines
• Package, case, palletize product
• Monitor production, troubleshoot breakdowns and perform repairs and maintenance as needed

Desired Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in production, warehouse, or manufacturing environments
• 1+ years machine operating experience
• Ability to read and follow work orders and instructions
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Computer skills - documentation, data entry
• Ability to lift 50lbs+ frequently
• Basic math skills

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
