Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Operator 2nd to join their team. As a Production Operator 2nd, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production goals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator 2nd

Location: Austin, TX

Pay Range: $19.44

Shift: 2nd shift

What's the Job?

• Inspect components, materials, and final products as part of the production process.
• Document lot changes, line clearances, and production processes accurately.
• Identify and report non-conforming products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and quality.
• Adhere to safety, compliance, and company policies while performing duties.

What's Needed?

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic mathematical skills for documentation and calculations.
• Ability to perform minor mechanical adjustments and troubleshoot equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted and up to 75 lbs assisted.
