Requirements:

For Dry Van Drivers:

• Must hold a valid CDL-A
• At least 6 months of driving experience required
• Must be at least 21 years old

For Refrigerated Drivers:

• Must hold a valid CDL-A
• Minimum 1 year of driving experience preferred; 6 months acceptable
• Prior experience with refrigerated loads within the last 36 months preferred
• Must be at least 21 years old

Competitive Pay Structure:

Dry Van:

• Earn between 57 - 65 CPM*
• Weekly earnings ranging from $1,254 - $1,625*
• Average 2,200 - 2,500 miles per week*
• Veterans receive an additional 1 CPM

Refrigerated:

• Earn between 60 - 66 CPM*
  • Base pay capped at 66 CPM
• Weekly earnings ranging from $1,320 - $1,650*
• Average 2,200 - 2,500 miles per week*

Veterans earn an extra 1 CPM.
